ABOUT FABRIZIO RISSO

I can divide my 28 years of career in two big branches. At IEMT srl I got solid technical knowledge within electrical industrial plants as a technical employee. In thirteen years I became project manager, HSE manager and quality insurer. Afterwards I opened in Italy a start-up called Elettro2 Srl. Two years later I pushed the boundaries abroad, in the same field, and I opened a branch in France called Elettro2 SARL and a subsidiary In East Europe based at Sofia Bulgaria. I started from scratch, creating a work flow, regulating it and building the organizational chart. I widened our action range in MEP, renewable energy, general contracting and energy efficiency. Consequently I spent last decade, to deal, as a general manager, with pure management at 360°. I built strong partnerships with national and international firms and associations. As a interim manager I worked at UAE (Doha and Dubai) within M.E.P.( mechanical electrical plumbing ). Always as a Interim manager I was charged, by an Italian firm to build a whole production plant producing mechanical and electrical tools and machines for \"educational workshop construction\". The aforesaid plant was set up to be the head quarter of an Italian firm willing to market and install, Angola wide, those workshops for schools. The project was based over a joint venture between Angola Government and the aforesaid Italian firm. To date I\'m working as a general director at a health care Italian firm and I\'m ACTIRE LIMITED associate partner.
