Responsible for the strategic direction, financial planning, and the overall management of Desolvo, a digital startup business in the professional services sector- Work closely with the Founder and the Chief Technology Officer in testing, prototyping and building digital solutions applying the agile methodology- Search for public and private funding, and pitch the company- Lead developments of startup organization and operations- Oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions (Technology, Legal and Finance)- Build the team: hire and manage staff (4 people).
