ABOUT FABRIZIO ERRANTE

I worked for Scope Group SE as Head of Application Development Practice and my goal was to promote a generative culture where cross functional teams of engineers, business analysts, product owners strive to understand business needs and collaborate to design and to build digital products for the most important European Rating agency.I worked as Agile Coach/Agile Project Manager of Sw delivery teams at Zalando SE in Berlin, fast growing tech company in fashion market. I’ve evangelized agile practices and managed its adoption at department level for large projects across 8-10 teams.Before I was Head of Software department (60 people) for a large consulting company. I\'ve worked across Europe in multi-cultural environments; in small as well as big companies.I\'ve a lot of heterogeneous experiences (development, consulting, presale, people management, projectmanagement) that I consider my strength because I adapt easily to new contexts and I’m able to establish effective communication at various level (C-Level, stakeholders, sales, engineers).I have 15 years working experience in IT domain and I\'ve successfully managed several projects, for most of them I started from the ground: setting up the team, interviewing the customer and the end-users, taking part to architecture definition, code review, debug, project management and product delivery. I supported sales activities taking part to meetings with customer technical representatives, writing technical proposals for RFI/RFQ/RFP, analyzing cost and risks.I like to foster agile principles and build culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
