With over fifteen years of experience in the luxury and fashion industry of E-Commerce, I have developed a profound understanding of technological advancements and a strong focus on digital innovation. As a passionate advocate of Agile methodologies, I specialized in the Scrum framework, excelling in roles such as Product Owner and Scrum Master (holding certifications in both). Recognizing the need to scale Agile practices within large organizations and achieve Business Agility, I delved deeper into SAFe, the framework that, in my opinion, best enables the benefits of Agile to be realized on a broader scale. This involved organizing teams into Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and facilitating Program Increment (PI) Planning, ensuring alignment, coordination, and faster delivery across multiple product lines and regions. As a servant leader, I embody the qualities of a deep understanding of team dynamics and act as a coach, providing a clear product vision that serves as a guiding light for everyday work. I firmly believe that effective communication and trust are foundational in creating high-performing teams. For instance, as a Lead Product Manager, I successfully led a team of Product Managers by creating a supportive and empowering environment, I motivated the team to excel, resulting in high productivity and exceptional outcomes. In addition to my Agile expertise, I bring a strong focus on digital innovation to my professional repertoire. By staying abreast of the latest advancements and emerging technologies, I consistently identify and leverage innovative solutions. For example, as the Product Owner for the E-Commerce operations team at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP, I led the Cloud Adoption stream as part of the company\'s Digital Innovation Program. Through collaboration with cross-functional teams and the Area Director, I successfully implemented transformative changes, transitioning from a Service-Oriented to a Product-Oriented approach. By introducing DevOps capabilities and adopting API and Microservices-driven architecture, I accelerated the integration of new technologies, enabling the organization to seize digital opportunities and achieve substantial business growth.
