Fabrizio Arossa was educated in Italy (University of Turin), France (Faculté Internationale de Droit Comparé, Strasbourg) and the US (Harvard Law School) and worked in major international firms in Italy, the US and France prior to joining Freshfields as a partner on February 1st, 1997.Currently based in Rome, he has advised large and mid-size corporate and financial clients on a host of international transactions and cross-border disputes.He has also been an Adjunct Professor of International Trade Law and Business Transactions at the University of Trento and regularly lectures on various legal matters, ranging from M&A and corporate governance to transnational disputes and investigations.
