Working closely with UX and UI Designers for different projects, mainly within automotive segment. Currently working as DesignOps for a large automotive e-commerce project. My main responsibilities are: • Implementing a DesignOps mindset across the project • Researching the problem space to identify painpoints & roadblocks • Defining a DesignOps value to the organization’s unique set of painpoints • Prioritizing goals, plan initial tactical activities within a manageable roadmap • Establishing and maintaining processes that support scalable solutions for design team • Tracking and evaluating DesignOps efforts As the Senior UI Designer, my responsibilities are: • Work collaboratively with UX, UI designers and stakeholders to design delightful experiences • Mentor junior and intermediate designers • Help to promote a design-driven culture, advocating for design • Assist Design Directors in recruitment process
