Vice Chair - Enterprise Infrastructure Services @Mayo Clinic

Develop and implement strategy for a modern, robust, reliable, secure, cost-effective and innovative IT Infrastructure capability that serves Mayo Clinic enterprise-wide.+ Collaborate with customers, executive leadership and IT divisions to align IT infrastructure strategic and operational plans with overall Mayo Clinic strategy + Provide executive oversight to divisions that manage data centers, cloud services, networks services, telecommunications, collaboration tools, help desk operations, medical devices and endpoint devices operated by Mayo Clinic, by partners and vendors.+ Partner closely with the Chief Technology Officer and the Chief Information Security Officer to develop strategies to assure any system operating inside or outside the Mayo Clinic data center or networks meets Mayo standards for performance, resilience, integrity, privacy and security.+ Lead implementation of infrastructure management, such as outsourcing, cloud-based systems, virtual systems operation and management + Ensure operating integrity of all Mayo Clinic production systems so they perform according to specification with respect to quality and integrity of data, resilience, system performance and availability.+ Establish, review and approve the standards and procedures for department staff as well as contracts and work authorizations pertaining to the acquisition, implementation, development, control, operation, and maintenance of information technology + Plan, establish and manage operating expense and capital budgets aligned with the organization\'s overall goals and objectives + Drive workforce transformation, essential to adoption of modern computing infrastructure + Participate in the review and prioritization of project portfolio activities providing advice related to business process and information technology issues and trends
