About SeADvance The breakdown of industrial equipment remains an uncertainty that is still faced despite today’s cutting-edge technologies, with Predictive Maintenance being insufficiently proactive with a 10-day average prediction lead time. As the first deep-tech simulation for aging electromechanical equipment over its entire lifespan, SeADvance predicts failures (or defects) over the very long term of 24 to 72 months, allowing companies to avoid industrial equipment failures and thus enhance the availability and safety of industrial assets.SeADvance thereby unlocking the technological barrier to simulating ageing. This patented technology is recognized in France and internationally, with a successful first proof of concept established in the laboratory (summer 2023), followed by a second proof of concept (H2 2024) under real industrial conditions at GRTgaz (modeling and prediction of the 72-month drift of transactional gas meters, turbine meters).SeADvance is shaping the future of predictive maintenance, benefiting operators, maintenance providers, supply-chains and equipment manufacturers, with the elimination of the cost of breakdown uncertainty reaching up to several hundred million euros per year for operators.
