Ma mission d’Auditeur Senior consiste à évaluer les Achats et la Supply Chain stratégiques de l’ensemble des lignes de business du Groupe Shell (notamment en matière de maîtrise des risques), de partager mon expertise et de coacher les auditeurs moins expérimentés. Le travail en mode projet s’articule en grande partie autour de missions mobilisant des équipes d’environ 6 personnes sans rapport hiérarchique. Environ 60% de mon temps est passé en télétravail lorsque je ne suis pas en déplacement dans les différentes implantations du Groupe dans le monde. Chaque mission d’audit se conclue par une présentation orale formelle et la rédaction d’un rapport pour les Comités de Directions (Achats/Supply Chain, Lignes de Business, Directoire du Groupe, Audit). Ce qui caractérise ce rôle - La grande variété de contextes et de challenges dans le domaine des Achats & Supply Chain stratégiques- La forte exposition au Leadership du Groupe- La grande diversité d’interlocuteurs - L’importance de savoir instaurer une relation de confiance et convaincre- Charge de travail importante à réaliser dans un délai serré- Maîtrise de l’Anglais écrit et parlé- Forte culture d’entreprise du management des risques - Travail d’équipe dans un environnement multiculturel - Nécessité de maîtriser les outils et codes du télétravail
