Lead a high-performing team of 30 people to grow the business between Deliveroo and the Global (e.g. McDonald\'s, KFC, Burger King, Wingstop, Sushi Shop, Five Guys.) and Key National Accounts (e.g. Big Fernand, Tripletta, Junk)- Manage P&L for the Key Accounts segment of the French market- Define multi-annual contracts and execute joint strategies, including coverage expansion, promotions, advertising, improvement of operations- Understand restaurant insights and needs by segments, defining and implementing commercial policies to profitably grow the business while improving partners\' satisfaction and retention- Foster collaboration throughout the organisation contributing to efficient ways of working between diverse teams (Regional commercial teams, Marketing, Operations, Finance, People.)- Build processes and tools to monitor and improve company profitability while delivering the best customer value proposition- Report to the C-Suite on strategic initiatives and pace to plan through MBR and QBR.
