Over 30 years of experience in the aerospace industry. Started as an avionics engineer and contributed to the design of the pioneering fly-by-wire Airbus cockpits. Being close to the Customers and responding to their needs was essential for me. I was later responsible for Airbus Customer Support in Asia before becoming the Head of Airbus Training Services. Developing innovative solutions that bring value, safety and quality are my main business priorities. Previously, I was the Chief Executive Officer for NAVBLUE, a leading services company wholly owned by Airbus, dedicated to Flight Operations & Air Traffic Management solutions and services for airlines, airports, and Air Navigation Service Providers.
