The current role is Product Owner and Marketing for the TCS homegrown CRM tool SmartSales™.The target audience for my role is all the CRM users who are into Sales & Pre-sales workforce of the organization- Looking after the various modules of the CRM - Accounts, Opportunities, Connections - Implemented persona based user stories for in-house collaboration module i.e. SSERI which can provide warm introductions during deal pursuits within TCS. Along with preparatory meeting insights and key customer information- Designing and Leading the highly impactful onboarding program of users onto CRM System and training them- Provide statistical analysis of pipeline growth to the leadership and individuals. Including the early warning signals about sales pipeline- Communicate the processes, and changes taking place in SmartSales™ to the Sales Hierarchy of TCS.
