I have employment experience within the retail sector as a Sales Assistant and have been so for 5 years. During this time I have also enacted the role of Assistant Store Manager for a period of 3 years in which I co-managed a team of 5 members of staff. Within my role I have been responsible for front of house reception, positively greeting customers and being able to successfully determine their needs by showing them appropriate products. I am able to describe all natural fabrics available with meticulous detail, the manufacturer and I am able to use my knowledge to advise the customer on nding the most suitable style and tting at the monetary value they desire. From the beginning of my employment I was trained to focus on the “Key Performance Indicator” analysis which focuses on Conversion Rates, Cross Selling and Up Selling which helps surpass the store prot target.
