Start-up of the Corporate Security Department (2012)- Management of Security services and contracts (manned guarding services, alarm and CCTV monitoring, access control systems, receptionist/doorman services, patrol inspections, technicians), assessing needs and security risks - Controlling budgets for Security operations and monitoring expenses- Deep support to new openings programs in the foreign Markets/Countries (Brazil, U.S, EMEA, Russia, India, Far East)- Frequent travels for Security Audits on stores, warehouses and headquarters of the Company (worldwide schedules) and report writing for the Top Management- Investigations through internal actions and/or with external Agencies- Issuing of Security policies and procedures with training sessions/on-boarding- Strict collaboration with international Public Authorities- Managing the Security Department as well as recruitment, training and supervision of security officers and guards
