Responsible for SAP within the Supply Chain domain, focusing on driving improvements and strategic initiatives for the company’s tax operations. Currently, I am leading the Brazil Tax Reform Implementation Project, managing all stages from vendor selection and contract negotiation to requirements gathering, technical design, and full delivery alignment.A key part of my role is ensuring global integration and strategic alignment, working closely with JDE’s global technical and commercial teams. I also oversee risk management, stakeholder communication, and project governance, promoting transparency and collaboration across multicultural teams to deliver compliant and scalable solutions.
