Passionate about people development, I founded my own business as a Career Mentor to help professionals grow their skills and reach their goals. I offer services including Career Coaching, Resume Writing and Review, Leadership Development, Interview Preparation, Change Management, Corporate Training, Team-Building Activities, HR Training, and Consulting.With over 14 years of experience in Human Resources, I have built my career as a generalist, holding a degree in Human Resources Management and an Executive MBA in Business Management and Professional & Self Coaching. I am also a certified Behavioral Analyst in PDA (Personal Development Analysis) and DISC.I have successfully led 7 implementation and restructuring projects across multiple business units in Brazil, serving major clients such as Natura, Avon, Mary Kay, Whirlpool, and Arno. In these projects, I trained HR teams on corporate processes, managed recruitment of new professionals, and supported managers in all contract-related needs, ensuring smooth transitions and sustainable improvements. I am skilled at facilitating HR process implementation and supporting business leaders to drive effective decision-making and positive organizational outcomes.My expertise also includes strategic recruitment using behavioral assessments, people analytics (absenteeism, turnover, training, overtime), dashboard development (Power BI / Excel), team and leadership development, climate surveys (analysis and action plans), performance evaluation, and annual training planning.
