Manages initiates and drives culture-related projects. On-Boarding Oversees comprehensive onboarding program and training for all new hires, revamped entire onboarding to address the hiring of 90 new sales representatives. Facilities Manages facility operations, which include janitorial services and building utilities. Manages Worker’s Compensation and other leaves of absence.
