Deep experience and knowledge in IT and Telecommunications industry gained from different roles held during my career since 1998. Possessing a proven ability to Design Telco Solutions for MNC (Data and Voice, Cloud and on-premises) and to follow those during the implementation in a Project Manager role. Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills, quick learn, positive attitude toward changes, take onboard new technological concepts, motivated, persuasive and goal oriented. I am innovative, creative, ambitious and understand the challenges organization’s face when implementing either on-premises or cloud-based Unified Communications and Collaboration solutions from Cisco and Microsoft. Able to establish trusted relations with Customer and to communicate effectively with Multiregional Teams from different cultures at all levels. I got various certifications, including Cisco CCNP, CCSP, CCVP, Microsoft Azure Administrator, Microsoft certified MCSE for Communication and Productivity, MCSA for Office 365 and as well in Project Management Professional (PMP) area. Recently I also increase my knowledge into the Contact Center area through the WebEx Contact Center and Genesys professional certification.
