ABOUT FABIO FRANCESCHI

As Talent Acquisition, I specialize in finding and attracting the best talent for IT/Digital sector. I use my strategic human resource planning, assessment, and research skills to analyze the company context and culture, define the recruitment strategies, and arrange interviews with shortlisted candidates. I have successfully contributed to filling multiple positions for various clients, thanks to my hands-on recruitment through different platforms. I am also a passionate about international relations, with a strong interest in geopolitical issues and the 21st century global challenges. I hold two master\'s degrees in peace studies, one from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL and one from Università di Pisa, where I studied the dynamics of conflict transformation and development cooperation. I have published several articles on the IRIAD Review, covering topics such as water crisis and climate change. I also collaborate within Frammenti di Storia, an editorial platform that tells history and geopolitics through the powerful use of images and words. I enjoy writing for divulgation purposes and sharing my knowledge and insights with a diverse and curious audience.I am a leader, a mediator, and a solution-oriented consultant.
