When your country call for help, you need to answer, this was my main driver. During this time I had the chance to design and deploy, for the very first time in the Italian Prime Minister’s Office, the HR function in the \"Dipartimento per la trasformazione digitale\". The peculiar environment and the ambitious Department’s targets (managing a remarkable part of the EU Recovery Fund assigned to Italy) made this journey unforgettable. The targets were all about change managment, expert community management, process improvement, digital transition and talent acquisition. I couldn’t resist also from designing and deploying an employer branding campaign here (also this one for the very first time in the Office), my bad. The work environment is unique in terms of enthusiasm, cooperation, mentality (incredibly Agile, would you believe that in the public administration?), and most of all of people! Never seen something like that.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
