ABOUT FABIO G DAPICE

I am a psychotherapist and psychosexual and relationship psychotherapist in private practice at Working Through. My clinical work is psychoanalytically informed, and I work with individuals, couples, and diverse relationship constellations, including LGBTQ+ clients and people in open and polyamorous relationships. I am also a clinical supervisor, offering integrative supervision to trainee and qualified therapists.Alongside my clinical practice, I work as an executive coach and organisational development consultant, supporting individuals, leadership teams, and organisations across the public and private sectors. My work applies systemic and psychoanalytic thinking to leadership, group dynamics, organisational culture, and change. I have worked across sectors including higher education, cyber security, energy, online gaming, social care, finance, and law, in both the UK and Gibraltar.I am currently a trainee Counselling Psychologist completing a PhD, with research focused on relational and psychological difficulties within polyamorous and open relationships, particularly where neurodiversity is present.I am an Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), a Registered Member of the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT), and a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS). I am also a former Executive Director of the International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organisations (ISPSO).
