I am a Technical Product Manager for Siemens Teamcenter, working within the Lifecycle Collaboration Software (LCS) business segment of Siemens Digital Industries Software (DISW). My main focus areas are- Active Workspace User Experience, ensuring that Active Workspace (Teamcenter web client) user interface delivers a consistent look and feel and ensures optimal user productivity- Active Workspace Extensibility, comprising different customizations and personalization strategies ranging from low-code UI Editors to more codeful extensions- Siemens Web Framework, the web technology that serves as the user interface platform for web application development across Siemens DISW (Digital Industries Software) business segmentsIn this capacity, I am- providing vision, definition and direction of the product areas I am responsible for, throughout the stages of the product life cycle- Driving various user experience initiatives affecting all development teams working on Active Workspace- liaising with other DISW business segments to ensure alignment of deliveries and functional requirements for Siemens Web Framework- liaising with Teamcenter customers on all matters concerning Active Workspace extensibility, such as discussing and prioritizing product enhancements, critical fixes, and handling escalations- Coordinating and monitoring all the technical projects related to Siemens Web Framework- translating business requirements from customers and various DISW business segments into technical requirements that development teams can consume- working with development, sales, and product marketing to manage the product through its life cycle to ensure it meets established goals for deployment and customer satisfaction- creating long-term, new business from internal and external customers including driving smoother onboarding process- supplying direction for design, deployment, rollout, and upgrade activities.
