Currently involved in a Newco Project with Infracapital (Fund) and Enel X (Industrial Partner), managing a portfolio of cogeneration, trigeneration, energy efficiency, ORC (Organic Rankine Cycle), PV (Photovoltaic) for industrial Customers, with a growing focus on renewable energy integration.Accountable for overseeing all technical aspects of proposals, new initiatives, existing plant operations, M&A activities, and disinvestments.Manage day-to-day activities related to ensuring proper plant operations, including commodities contracts, O&M contracts, and maintaining relationships with Customers and regulatory Authorities.Lead a team of 11 Professionals, ensuring alignment with operational and strategic goals.Since 2021, serve as a Board Member of a company where Cogenio is the majority shareholder, overseeing the operations of a thermal power plant.
