I’m working in IntesaSanpaolo as Project Manager on “Ufficio Sistemi Vigilanza e Contabilità” area. I’m following Accounting Factory Fase 3 (ECB Regulation) Projec:t: Architectural redesign which aims to centralize in a single complete, coherent and usable golden source all the data from the Accounting and Financial Statements chains to extract value through wide-ranging surveys and algorithms of prediction. The project has the objective of equipping the Administration and Tax Department to reduce the deadlines for closing the financial statements, greater consistency of data and greater transparency As Project Manager I have followed FUG process on AnaCredit Project. AnaCredit is a project to set up a dataset containing detailed information on individual bank loans in the euro area, harmonised across all Member States. “AnaCredit” stands for analytical credit datasets. Data collection (ECB Regulation) is started on September 2018. I worked for IBM as Project Manager on FCA/CNHi for RFS Projects (Transition and Transformation program/solution). I have also worked as Managing Consultant for clients in several sectors and industries: Banking, Energy & Utilities, Telco, Automotive, Music and Insurance. My professional career has had several important steps: Developer (JAVA, HTML, Oracle.), Technical Analyst, Business Analyst, Team Leader (leading teams towards complex goals as billing problem solving and IT solutions integration processes), Project Manager (teams to 40 people), Sales, SME, PMO and Certified Process Consultant. I have also worked as Sales (Automotive and Banking area) where my expertise is grown in-depth on application management services, global delivery and solution design.
