I am currently active at INVIMIT SGR SpA as Fund Structuring Manager, dedicated to the to the establishment and development of real estate funds, scouting for real estate, handling the Due Diligence and finalizing tre transfers. In my role, I am responsible for liaising with state agencies, local authorities, and all parties likely to propose real estate opportunities. I have been Senior Fund Manager / Portfolio Manager committed to the management of real estate Funds (AUM of approx. € 600 Mln – n.140 assets). I participated in the Start Up of the company, structured the real estate portfolios in contribution, following the selection, verification, and final contribution of the propertiesI gained in-depth experience at DEA Capital Real Estate SGR SpA (formerly IDeA FIMIT), where I worked as Senior Fund Manager. My duties included the operational management, valorisation and sale of Fund properties under my responsibility.I deepened my knowledge first as a planner in Germany, then as a Project Manager for an important German company in Italy (Drees & Sommer) where, among other, I carried out Due Diligence and consultancy assignments on behalf of german Real Estate Funds, for the acquisition of italian real estate.After a long stay abroad (particularly in Germany), where I learned German, French and English, I graduated in Architecture in Rome.
