Responsible for the support for the systems ERP and Sicoob Bank offering set of skills to the areas of Technology, Sales, Human Resources, Commercial strategy, Products, Operational, Support, Financial and Compliance. Critical role as the interface with software supplier companies, as a “spokesperson” for understanding the application of operational needs in the systems. Working on:*Creation of the Functional document, based in requirements from users through interviews;*Implementation of the Governance Portal;*Management of the system access for 220 users;*Development of documentation about systems usability;*Technical analysis for BPM (Business process management) activity flow;*Management of Systems Implementation Project and Modules;*Implementation of ERP-TOTVS Protheus (modules: Purchases, Inventory, Financial, Personal Management, work time registration, Account, TAF);*Knowledge of the SQL language and using for searching, updating, deleting records on Database;*Analisty and create tests based in develop specifications and requirements for developers and programmers;*Homologation of the corrective versions in the systems;*Process’s mapping and business requirements’s analysis;*Parametrization of functions of the systems;*Responsible for the access management project based on ISO/IEC 27001;*Improvement in time and quality of the service’s called;*Validate of the codes created in response to projects and user requests.
