I am an Internist and Medical Geneticist with over 13 years of experience in Industry, including 10 years of clinical development in immunology and dermatology. As Vice President, Dermatology and Respiratory Clinical Development, I lead a team of physicians and scientists responsible for Phase 2 and Phase 3 programs in a variety of indications at J&J, including study design, trial implementation, and regulatory submissions. I am an experienced leader, with a successful track record of building highly effective teams, establishing key internal and external stakeholder relationships, and driving high quality projects forward at accelerated timelines.Prior to joining J&J, I spent 9 years at Eli Lilly and co. working in translational medicine, late phase development and Medical Affairs, in addition to 10 years in Academia, working on cancer genomics. Specialties: Experience in late phase drug development, including global regulatory submissions/approvals. Led multiple clinical development programs in dermatology, and recently expanded responsibilities to also lead clinical programs in respiratory (eg. asthma, COPD, CRSwNP). Expert understanding of clinical operations in trials, driving high quality deliverables at very accelerated timelines.
