Developing a sustainable world Environmental Engineer with a master degree in Planning and Managment of Natural Resources. Main experience in Geographic Information System (GIS), Python development, Server and Database management. I am an employee of the SIG division of Hexagon. I am in charge of Networks software, the market leader for utility management especially for fiber optic networks. My assignments are from pre-sales to product installation and management with related customizations on Oracle DB. I have been a member of OneTeam (partner ESRI-Unity-HP-Autodesk) Installation and management of Arcgis Server / Portal. Expert in Utility Network (Telco, Water, Gas, Electricity,Sewer) and script development. I worked at Linate Airport for monitoring and control of internal avifauna, radio communication with control tower and access to the Air Side. I trained in UAV drone construction and qualified pilot for non-critical operations with Very Light assets. I took part in a Precision Agriculture project in Switzerland, using drones with multispectral/thermal sensors to map the health status of vines using Photogrammetric and Remote Sensing techniques. I developed a PyQgis framework-based probe with NRTK positioning capable of acquiring different soil parameters such as conductivity, moisture, temperature and interpolate the results to obtain an extended field map from sampled points. I have been in charge of mapping the General Urban Plan (PUG) of several municipalities in order to produce the tables required by land use planning. I gained experience in GeoMarketing by analyzing the catchment area of each store, assessing areas of competition and identifying the best locations for new stores. 🧰 I developed a prototype for evaluating pedestrian flow that can count people passing by based on the Wi-fi signal of mobile devices. SKILLS: I currently use Networks, GeoMedia and MapEnterprise products from the Hexagon family. I analyze and transform data with ETL workflow (FME). My main programming language is Python, I have knowledge in Database (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL + PostGIS, Duckdb) and I use ESRI software such as ArcGIS PRO and ArcMap. I am particularly oriented to Open Source solutions following closely the developments of QGIS. I own two 3D printers that I use to make models designed in Fusion360. Developing on single board platforms such as Raspberry Pi. Create web applications with container architecture (Docker). Create Virtual/Augmented Reality solutions with Unity engine.
