Rfid Business Process Owner @Kering

Working on a global scale RFID traceability project for Kering and its Maisons.\\\\nWorking directly with Operations (all WW distribution centers), suppliers, internal customers, and IT, I am responsible for end to end process design, implementation, testing, and support of Logistics activities using RFID.\\\\nMy tasks include writing specifications, coordinating with colleagues in other regions, project management, performance analysis, as well as studies for new potential applications of RFID.
