Management, coordination, and guidance of the IT services team in compliance with the received activity and development plans, company and/or group projects, ensuring functionality, quality, and timeliness of processes, data security, and appropriate resource sizing for each project. This is to ensure efficient and effective management of human and technical resources available.• Managing relationships with external entities and other company sectors, promptly addressing malfunctions and discrepancies that may arise during the deployment phase of various activities and identifying corrective and improvement actions.• Responsible for overseeing the Change and Incident Management procedures.• Providing managerial and technical guidance to ensure 24/7 service delivery and monitoring of KPIs. Establishing metrics, key indicators, and service levels for the operations under responsibility.• Ensuring that the disaster recovery architecture is maintained and recovery processes are regularly tested and in compliance with RPO and RTO objectives.• Technical selection of new hires, performance management of reports, assessment of training needs, and team motivation.• Tactical planning of process and management improvements.• Participation in strategic IT planning.• Involvement in planning and budgeting processes.• Management oversight of the progress of all projects involving the teams.• Coaching and performance management of the staff, when necessary.• Creating an induction process for new team members to facilitate their entry into the company and make them productive quickly.• Staying continuously updated with technological advancements and frequently evaluating the introduction of new technologies.• Encouraging proactive and bi-directional discussions between teams and business teams.• Collaborating with the PMO function to monitor all ongoing projects and ensure their proper execution and completion.Collaborate actively with the rest of the company teams.
