ABOUT FABIO BARCHIESI
As Deputy General Manager of Cassa Depositi e Prestiti, I am responsible for the Investment, People, Transformation and External Relations Department, with the objective of ensuring the pursuit of corporate and Group strategies regarding investments in venture capital and investment funds, carrying out M&A transactions or the sale of stakes in fund shares or other equity instruments, and evaluating and coordinating the implementation of related transactions, both domestically and internationally. My responsibilities include managing the direct and indirect portfolio and the human resources, directing institutional, national and territorial stakeholders relations, managing internal and external communications and defining marketing strategies aimed at enhancing CDP\'s products and image, as well as ESG, corporate security, information systems and innovation, logistics support, document management and business operational compliance.
