Kicked off my career with HDFC bank after graduation. Moved to the UK to pursue my Masters and eventually started my retail journey with William Hill - the largest bookies in the UK. I lived in the UK from 2010 to 2014.I continued my retail journey back in Mumbai with Apparel Group (4 years), Raymond Apparel (2 years), and finally Jack & Jones - Bestseller India (2 years). After 8 long years, decided to quit front end retail and move to the back end.I moved from \'Front end retail\' to Hindustan Unilever as a Key Account Executive - Modern Trade.However the role felt unsuitable. After introspection I chose a department where I can use my keystrength which is people management; hence I joined EATA Pvt Ltd (Rabale, Navi Mumbai) as a HumanResources Executive to learn more about the role and what the department entails and continuing the HR journey with Watermass Systems Pvt Ltd
