Job Alternative assists you in the definition and implementation of your recruitment management system, sourcing, selection, strategy and policy. By directing your behaviour to solutions, we will also ensure a better onboarding and mobilization process of your teams.• Recruitment of administrative and technical staff, English-speaking and French-speaking, locally and internationally, Europe-Africa-Oceania.• Define, implement and/or improve recruitment systems, processes and procedures, providing reports, advice and support to the HR department.• Define and implement talent acquisition, development and retention strategies, building a pool for strategic and key positions.• Work closely with hiring and operational managers to perform the full recruitment cycle for permanent and temporary requisitions in line with company policy.• Manage the staffing plan and associated costs and budgets including contract for recruitment service providers with appropriate departments.
