And since emotions, not logic, drive our behavior, people react from hurt: They sue, they give bad ratings, badmouth clients or distract remaining staff. The hidden costs go up to millions.That\'s where we come in. We provide 2 virtual coaching sessions for departing employees, help departing staff to process their emotions and move forward constructively, while giving them clarity on what\'s ahead - unemployment agency, visa implications, etc.You focus on retaining talent while we guide the leavers.

ABOUT FABIENNE SCHLANGEN
I\'ve always been drawn to the problems nobody else wants to touch. The niche, the uncomfortable, the situations where there\'s no clean playbook and someone has to figure it out anyway. That\'s where I do my best work and where my curiosity shines. After 15+ years across executive search, people leadership and business development, I co-founded a company built on exactly that instinct. Not because it was obvious, but because the gap was real and nobody was filling it well. I\'m based in Berlin, equal parts strategic and empathetic, and I\'ve been on both sides of enough difficult conversations to know that how you handle the hard moments defines everything. What I do: At exitwise Berlin we help organisations and employees navigate the specific challenges that come after layoffs. With two targeted coaching sessions, we help departing staff manage emotions and plan their next steps, while helping remaining employees stabilise and reducing the wider organisational impact. Additionally, my co-founder Lily and I are developing a framework for clearer communications around difficult decisions and have launched a successful interview series with HR leaders across Europe.
