Due to the high standards of customer service required, the services provided, and the empathy expected when responding to beneficiaries\' situations, assistance centers stand apart from traditional call centers.I worked as an assistance manager for 15 years before taking my career in a new direction.Since becoming a manager,\"challenge\" has been my guiding principle, enabling me to successfully complete assignments across various departments within Allianz Partners.My journey began supervising former colleagues in a versatile department with staggered working hours. I then moved into international assistance, later immersing myself in the specialized world of a major corporate client (Assurances du Crédit Mutuel). Subsequently, I embraced new learning opportunities in the Pluriel department, where I engaged with the brokerage world and diverse strategic clients.Recently, Allianz Partners has given me the opportunity to move once more, taking on a new challenge in the \"Travel\" department and exploring the universe of insurance indemnification. The qualities I bring to the table include adaptability, managerial courage, stability, and a strong work ethic.The current business climate presents an opportunity to improve collectively by implementing changes necessary in an increasingly competitive environment. With heightened expectations in customer relations, it\'s essential to demonstrate perseverance, creativity, and teaching skills to effectively train and support teams.In this context of transformation, there\'s a crucial role for courageous, optimistic managers who understand field operations while thinking strategically and providing meaningful direction to their teams.My ambition is to exemplify and share this vision of leadership.
