As a project manager, I\'m in charge of several projects across the globe to comply with customer needs. Based in Toulouse Francazal I\'m closely working with TARMAC MRO and the lessor\'s onsite representatives.From the aircraft end of lease or repossession to the redelivery, I\'m handling the phase-in, registration process, bridging workscope, storage survey, AMP creation and revision, permit to fly application, OIL monitoring, project management ensuring the on-time and on-cost delivery. I\'m working with the following civil aviation authorities: French DGAC, IAA, IoM, BCAA, FAA, and Austro Control GmbH.Creation of Excels templates to optimize the aircraft phase-in and transition.
