With over 25 years of IT Service Engineering and Service Ownership within large enterprise organizations, I bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the table. Over the past 5 years, I have specialized in Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), delivering high-performance solutions that drive business success. My experience includes 4 years in Desktop as a Service (DaaS) and 6 years in PC as a Service (PCaaS), demonstrating a robust background in managing and optimizing desktop environments.As a Cloud Technical Solutions Architect, I have a proven track record in designing, implementing, and enhancing complex cloud infrastructures. I have successfully collaborated with enterprise architects and cross-functional IT teams to deliver technical solutions that meet and exceed business objectives. My role has involved managing teams of IT specialists to ensure the successful delivery of IT projects, including On-Premises to Cloud migrations, Citrix to AVD transitions, and modern workplace solutions.In my recent engagement, I played a pivotal role in assisting a Managed Service Provider (MSP) in achieving the Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop Speciality award. This was accomplished by implementing best practices, optimizing performance, and delivering exceptional user experiences. Additionally, my expertise in utilizing Nerdio has enabled the streamlining of cloud management processes, enhancing security, reducing costs, and accelerating deployment times.I am passionate about leveraging my extensive experience to support organizations in their digital transformation journeys, ensuring that their IT infrastructures are robust, secure, and scalable.
