I have been working in sales since 2005, a long time ago by today\'s standards. I would not define myself as the typical sales person, what really interests me above all is understanding if and how I can solve a problem for a customer. I actually dislike the word customer as what I try to achieve is setting up a partnership, not a seller-buyer type of relationship. As a sales manager, I always hope to provide my team with a healthy professional environment where they can develop their talents and try to regularly learn something new or do something in a different way.
