Fabian Granada is a Partner in the International Tax - Financial Services practice at PwC. Fabian has diverse experience working with financial services clients, specializing in international tax issues related to alternative investment products in the private equity, hedge fund, fund of funds and energy industries. Fabian\'s experience includes tax consulting services related to tax efficient fund structuring to facilitate capital raising efforts from a broad array of investor constituencies as well as structuring cross-border portfolio company acquisitions. Fabian’s practice also focuses on Global Information Reporting initiatives including FATCA & CRS implementation and NRA withholding matters. Prior to joining the ITS-FS practice, Fabian spent two years in PwC\'s Washington National Tax Services practice where he focused on a variety of partnership tax issues in the Mergers and Acquisitions practice and consulted with clients on legislative and regulatory matters. Fabian holds a Master of Accountancy in Taxation from Brigham Young University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance, cum laude from the University of Texas at Arlington. Fabian is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas and the District of Columbia and is a member of the AICPA.
