I’m Fabiana, a User Researcher pursuing a Master\'s in Human Factors and Information Design with experience in conducting both quantitative and qualitative research across various industries like government, retail, and healthcare. I previously worked as a product designer for three years, during which I researched, designed, and pitched innovative digital experiences for healthcare companies such as Commure. I also have 8 years of experience in the service industry, guiding guests through smooth and enjoyable restaurant experiences. My experiences as a product designer and restaurant server have been integral to how I build rapport with my research participants, allowing me to extract relevant insights and consider how each aspect of a user’s journey prepares them for the next step. I can then use storytelling and designs to help communicate these insights in a meaningful way to stakeholders and team members.I’m seeking a full-time remote or hybrid position within an established product team, aiming to advance into research leadership.
