Media culture M.A. graduate with first job experiences in marketing and corporate communication positions. I had the chance to combine my personal marketing passion with my professional career and …. started in a business-development role at Avantgarde Experts. Here my task was to consult clients concerning the compliant sourcing of external workforce in the fields of marketing and communications. After several years of verifiable sales success, I decided to take a new challenge at BrainTalents where I had the chance to breathe some \"startup\" air. In two years, I built up the cologne office and the contracting consulting portfolio from scratch. Due to the fact of my continuous personal development I change sides of the negotiation table and. started a new adventure at Gothaer - one of the TOP15 insurance companies in Germany. As a strategic procurement manager I served as the interface between the Gothaer IT, legal, human resources and strategic external suppliers. In addition to regular sourcing tasks, my main strategic project was the development and implementation of a compliant sourcing guideline for external services in cooperation with legal. After two years I took the chance to deepen my regulatory knowledge and started as an IT-Governance Manager. Our Team serves as 2nd line of defense and is responsible for the further development of the BarmeniaGothaer IT-governance framework based on best practices (e.g. COBIT / ITIL / ISO 3850X). I am a truly sports enthusiast - on the one hand spending a lot of my spare time in active sports like football, freeletics and fishing.
