As a Lead Product Manager at Hrmony, I\'m responsible for driving the product strategy and roadmap for a fast-growing employee benefit startup based in Berlin. Our platform provides personalized, flexible, and meaningful benefits to companies of all sizes, from digital food stamps to other tax optimized benefits and employer subsidized mobility solutions. In this role, I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer success, to identify customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives. I\'m passionate about creating innovative products that enhance employee well-being and productivity.
