Operational Support • Assist with launching and receiving autonomous trucks at the terminal. • Coordinate vehicle charging, fueling, or maintenance as needed. • Support software/hardware updates under guidance from engineering or technical teams. Data Collection & Reporting • Document vehicle status, trip notes, or anomalies using internal tools. • Provide feedback to operations, safety, and engineering teams to improve AV performance. Terminal Logistics • Help organize yard movements and vehicle parking. • Support shipping/receiving logistics and asset tracking. Safety & Compliance • Follow strict safety protocols for working around autonomous vehicles. • Ensure DOT and company safety standards are upheld at all times. Cross-functional Communication • Work with technicians, safety operators, and engineers to ensure smooth terminal operations. • Communicate effectively with shift leads and support staff.
