Ich habe mehr als 20 Jahre Berufserfahrung in drei unterschiedlichen Branchen (Automotive, Bauindustrie und Baustoffhandel). In diesen Branchen habe ich Positionen im Einkauf, dem Marketing und dem SCM durchlaufen. Derzeit verantworte ich zusammen mit meinem Team über 100 Niederlassungen im Bereich Lagerlogistik, einen größeren Fuhrpark in der Kranlogistik für Baustoffe und das SCM in der Sparte Bau der BayWa AG. Derzeit ist mein Hauptaugenmerk auf der erfolgreichen Sanierung unserer Sparte. Zusätzlich bin ich Geschäftsführer einer Tochtergesellschaft im Bereich Transportlogistik.
