Managing the full lifecycle of enterprise AI systems, including three large-scale, customer-facing AI products — from concept to live deployment. Designed and scaled the company’s standardized RAG framework, powering knowledge management, research, and automation across multiple departments. Directed the AI Prioritization & Innovation Flow, enabling global teams to propose, evaluate, and prototype new AI ideas through transparent governance. Built and expanded the Global AI Creative Enablement Program, adding new AI skill hubs in Canada, Australia, the UK, Germany, and France, driving fast-turnaround for AI-powered media, video, sound, and imagery production. Launched the internal AI Learning & Certification Program, increasing company-wide AI literacy and embedding a culture of continuous innovation. Representing Lovehoney externally as a thought leader in applied AI, bridging academic research, human–AI interaction, and commercial innovation. Co authoring a paper on human–AI + brand interaction, based on a research framework I developed, behavioral experiments I designed, and ongoing data collection in partnership with an renowned university Working with leadership to guide Lovehoney Group’s AI strategy and systems roadmap, bringing together innovation, governance, and practical business impact. Owning the design and continuous refinement of all core system prompts across our AI applications, ensuring safe, reliable, and high-performing experiences.
