Owns high business risk operations initiatives with large horizontal impact across corporate organizations. Piloted and scaled a model that will help Amazon Logistics save 36% or € 229k in Labor Costs per Launch by utilizing Learning Technology and Onboarding processes. Re-definition of EU L&D team tenets and organizational focus. Successfully managed a team of 8 leaders to scale up for DE third-biggest delivery station, increasing quality by performing favorable 7500bps from D1 until D100. Led a program to implement an operative model to increase productivity and throughput by 24% by applying agile methodologies to previous „waterfall“-operations, impacting 800 employees. Scaled measures and actions to ensure operative readiness to perform business-critical network-wide flight availability, affecting over 200 employees.
