   I led the team to conduct extensive market research to gain a deeper understanding of the fashion trends and preferences of North American consumers. Based on the findings, he developed strategies and plans to adapt to the North American market in order to increase awareness and recognition of the Semir brand. Semir Group is actively expanding its sales channels in North America. He has built strong partnerships with major local fashion retailers and department stores, successfully introducing Semir products into key retail channels and increasing brand displays and promotions. I am actively driving the marketing campaigns for the Semir brand in North America. He worked with the marketing team to plan a series of creative advertising and promotional campaigns to increase the exposure of the Semir brand in the North American market through channels such as social media, fashion magazines and celebrity spokespersons. As Head of North America, I emphasize product quality and design to ensure that the products Semir launches in North America meet the tastes and needs of local consumers. He has worked with the design team to drive a series of fashionable product lines for the North American market, resulting in increased sales and user satisfaction. I lead a diverse cross-cultural team in Semir Group North America.
