Hi, I’m Fabian, I like to wrap my head around wicked problems, diving into complexity, in order to uncover new possibilities for positive transformation.How did I get to where I am today?With over 15 years of experience in driving innovation and design projects, I specialize in facilitating collaboration across diverse sectors to solve complex challenges. As a project lead, creative director, and head of innovation, I\'ve successfully led 100+ workshops, helping organizations unlock their potential and co-create solutions. I co-founded the Education Innovation Lab Berlin, which acts as a catalyst for new approaches in the German education system. My client portfolio includes globally recognized organizations such as UNDP, GIZ, Google, Wikimedia, Impact Hub, and various government agencies, where I have helped shape impactful strategies for sustainable change.What do I do today?As a co-founder, facilitator and systemic designer at System Mapping Academy, I specialize in helping professionals and teams navigate complexity through system mapping. I bridge the gap between systemic thinking and practical tools to unlock clarity, alignment, and innovation.I\'m also working at the German Government\'s Digital Service as Senior Transformation Manager, driving forward the (digital) transformation of Government organizations by improving framework conditions for digital product development and innovation.Another huge passion of mine is teaching.
