As Head of product and design I focus on developing and combining a clear product strategy with a strong design vision and great user experience.Therefore I conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to understand the needs and goals of my users and take this information to create digital services, including wireframes, mockups, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
