Team Leader with 25 years of experience in the automotive industry and technical maintenance – from hands-on engineering to strategic leadership. Living and working in China for over five years shaped me both professionally and personally. I gained deep insight into multicultural collaboration and industrial practice in a global context. I also had the chance to lead international teams and contribute to large-scale maintenance and automation projects. I’m deeply grateful for that time – it challenged me, taught me, and confirmed how much continuous learning matters to me as both an engineer and a leader.
